About Howey
Howey was born in the Supreme Court back in 1946. He was assigned to determine whether an asset transaction is an investment contract and should be regulated. Now it being 75+ years later, he's ready for a fresh start. Breaking free from a brutal origin he turns to the XRPL for help. Elephants never forget, so always remember to do your own research(DYOR).
